ADHD Therapy/Coaching

In addition to come-one-come-all therapy, I offer a targeted therapy for ADHD. This blends ADHD-informed therapy and ADHD coaching.

Having ADHD myself and having lived all the ups and downs typical of our atypical experience, I am passionate about supporting fellow members of the ADHD tribe.

"When I got my ADHD diagnosis it was the biggest relief of my life, but I also felt lost at sea. Working with you helped me understand my brain and how to manage things. I feel more organised, and less volatile. I’m no longer ‘me who has ADHD’, I’m just ‘me’. Thank you for everything."
